For years, I proudly promoted the beauty of Albania everywhere I went. However, it breaks my heart to hear that a massive resort will be built on a historic site that served as a military base for thousands of years, since Illyrian times. This resort will irreversibly destroy the wild flora and fauna of the gorgeous island of Sazan and the Zvërnec lagoon. And I have only one question in this massive protest in Tirana: Mr. Kushner, why do you want to develop a luxury resort on an 5000 years old military base that contains tunnels and bunkers?
